Punch change the lives of hundreds of young people each year by designing and delivering cutting edge outreach and education programmes such as Music Potential and Desi Moves. Our creative training courses, including Tuned On and The Lowdown emphasise entrepreneurship and resilience, ensuring aspiring emerging musicians and artists quickly become self-reliant and start productive careers.
Our use of innovative, high-profile engagement techniques – such as our pop-up radio station, BASS FM, has won Punch three national and regional awards in 2013 and 2014. Project funders include local businesses and business leaders, as well as global brands such as Barclaycard, the UK Arts Council, Coca Cola, and LOCOG (London Olympics 2012). Project partners include cutting edge companies such as Instagram, BBC, JAMPRO (Jamaican Trade and Investment) and the Mayor of London.
