Punch has a small team of core office staff; in addition to the core full-time staff, Punch employs a number of contract and temporary staff on a project basis. Punch artists are also often employed in project co-ordination roles, providing professional development for the artists and maintaining Punch’s ethos of an artist-led organisation. Also included are the 6 members of Punch’s board.
