PUNCH TEAMED UP WITH BIRMINGHAM CITY UNIVERSITY AND UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD FOR LANGUAGES IN PERFORMANCE

Punch kicked off 2017 by working with Birmingham City University to present Word, Sound Power at University of Oxford as part of the Creative Multilingualism series investigating the rich connections between linguistic diversity, creativity and will explore the relationship between Languages in Performance.

Creative Multilingualism launched its series of events this year with Linguamania and an inaugural conference for talks, performance, and panel discussions on the theme of Languages and Creativity. Topics to be covered at the conference include ‘Writing between Languages’, ‘Sense and nonsense across languages’, and ‘Multilingualism post Brexit’.

With a special Q&A led by Philip Bullock, Oxford, Julie Curtis, Oxford, and Rajinder Dudrah, BCU; Punch Records, Oxford University and Creative Multilingualism explored Languages in Performance: RTKAL
